 <p>The location will be Burnsville City Hall in Burnsville\, MN.</p>
 <p>The course will begin at 1800 and end at 2200 on Friday\, 10 October. No meals will be provided.</p>
 <p>On Saturday 11 October the course will begin at 0800 and end at 1630.</p>

SUMMARY:Change of Command & Award Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:<p>The St. Croix Squadron will be having a Cadet Change of Command Ceremony which will take place promptly at 1900 hrs.  All Seniors and Cadets are urged to arrive 15 min early for the ceremony. </p>
