(event) St. Croix Squadron Change of Command Ceremony Start: 19:00 End: 21:00 The St. Croix Composite Squadron will be having a change of Command Ceremony for our Squadron Commander. Lt. Col. Bill Rutten who has served as our Squadron Commander for the past few years will be standing down and Capt. David Yost will be assuming command of the Squadron.
